Uponor North America Earns Top 10 National Manufacturer Award
APPLE VALLEY, MINN., AUGUST 11, 2022 — Uponor North America continues to earn recognitions from employee engagement research company, Energage. In addition to being named a 2022 Top Workplaces USA award recipient, ranked the #1 Top Manufacturing Workplaces in Minnesota in 2022; and recognized eight times as a Top Workplace in the State of Minnesota since 2012, Uponor has now been ranked #10 in Energage’s National Manufacturer Top Workplaces list out of 349 similarly sized companies. This is the first time Uponor has earned a top 10 national ranking in this category.
The National Manufacturer Top Workplaces honor is determined through feedback gathered during an annual employee survey. Uponor employees were asked to rate their overall job experience, as well as satisfaction with criteria such as wages, benefits, and company culture.
